As the SAP HCM Payroll Implementation Consultant, you will assist in the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of the SAP payroll solution, engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the requirements are met.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the HR and finance teams to gather and analyze payroll requirements.
- Configure and customize SAP HCM payroll settings to meet organizational needs.
- Conduct testing phases to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of payroll processing.
- Provide training and support to end-users on the payroll system.
- Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions for users.
- Monitor ongoing payroll processes and perform regular audits to enhance system performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll implementation.
- Strong understanding of payroll and compliance regulations in Hungary
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
