Role: SAP HCM Payroll (PY) specialist
Location: Germany
Work model: Remote (within Germany)
Salary: DOE (€80K p/a+)
RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):
- Work with client teams to get the requirements of Payroll Integrations
- Reviewing and responding to client requirements in the area of PY
- Working with relevant company departments in relation to product testing, application support, on-boarding etc.
- Documenting new and adjusted system options / features
- Interacting with other departments and following up on end-to-end resolution of all reported cases
- Managing SAP implementations
- Analyzing current business processes and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients’ requirements
- Lead and support different phases of the projects
- Support junior colleagues
REQUIREMENTS:
- In-depth SAP HR functional experience (PY)
- 5+ years of project experience working on SAP HCM Payroll
- Very good written and oral communication skills in English and German
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
