Job Description

Role: Technical Support – German desk (Remote during the pandemic period)

Location: Hoensbroek, The Netherlands

Salary: DOE

Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the company products
  • Provide technical support via calls, emails or remote control
  • Diagnosing and fixing network problems and hardware or software issues
  • Troubleshooting
  • Keep customers updated of the status of their helpdesk issues
  • Monitor performance of installed software and hardware products
  • Escalating to the product development team where required
  • Provide training as needed
  • Keep a record of issues and faults along with solutions, for future reference.

Requirements:  

  • Fluent German and English
  • Knowledge of PC networking hardware and software
  • Experience performing root cause analysis, replicate and test problems in multiple environments
  • Good knowledge of Windows 7 / 10 / Server 2012 and familiar with SQL / MS SQL server and databases
  • Experience performing root cause analysis, replicate and test problems in multiple environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
