Role: Technical Support – German desk (Remote during the pandemic period)

Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the company products
- Provide technical support via calls, emails or remote control
- Diagnosing and fixing network problems and hardware or software issues
- Troubleshooting
- Keep customers updated of the status of their helpdesk issues
- Monitor performance of installed software and hardware products
- Escalating to the product development team where required
- Provide training as needed
- Keep a record of issues and faults along with solutions, for future reference.
Requirements:
- Fluent German and English
- Knowledge of PC networking hardware and software
- Experience performing root cause analysis, replicate and test problems in multiple environments
- Good knowledge of Windows 7 / 10 / Server 2012 and familiar with SQL / MS SQL server and databases
